He has held positions in Service, Middle and Senior Management on board. After leaving ships he worked on land in the positions as Asst Hotel Operations manager, Crew Manager and Recruitment Manager with Silversea Cruises.

Juergen Blessing– Director Cruise Operations and Recruiting– Has been working onboard Cruise Ships since 1995, positions included Bar Manager, F&B Manager and Hotel Director. For the last 5 years he was the HR Director for Apollo Ship Chandler in Miami. He joined MC-PSL in September 2011 to strengthen the Cruise Market.

Stephen Bellinger - Recruitment Consultant – Has 30 years in the commercial and yachting industry. Previously working within the Service operations of the industrutries. For the last 12 years he has be working as a specialist yachting recruiter. He is currently studying a maritime law and already holds a diploma in HR management
